and create large pond) No fence but some old barb wire around the
original 92 acres purchased. Back 40 acres have over 20 years of back
taxes paid and filed Quit claim deed. Only needs survey to complete.
There was 27 rolls (not bales) of hay just cut off the property.
Flat or farmable area compared to rolling and hilly (my guess)
is 70/60. My wife disagrees and says it's more like 90/40.

School bus is at the end of our drive where the driver lives accross
the street. It goes to Mt. Vernon 15 minutes away. Small convience
store in Livingston. Mt Vernon has everything without the Mega-store.
(Mom & Pop style) 20 min. south of Livingston is London with the Mega-
stores..... Lowes....Wal-Mart. 10 min north of Mt Vernon is Berea
(College town) and Richmond another 5 min. north of that. ALSO....
next to Mt Vernon is Renfro Valley (C&W Entertainment).
Have Old Apple 7, Mulberry 1, & walnut 1 ...trees, and Wild Blackberries.
Planted last year- Apple, peach, cherry trees, Strawberry patch, Grape vine,
