Check-in times for peak season will be Thursday for Weekend occupancy and checkout on Sunday. Weekly will be Thursdays or Sundays. Check with owner for availability for other check-end days. Will consider 2 nights stay, but will be Labor Day Rates.
An additional damage deposit is required of $250 but which is refundable within 10 days of departure. One-half of the rental will hold the reservation with remainder of fees due 30 days before arrival or as agreed in advance with owner.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking on Premises Owner's personal 2 year old home. Home was built for enjoyment of beautiful scenic views while relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of city living. Home is less than 5 miles from Conley Bottom Marina, where water activities are plentiful. House was furnished with all new furniture which enhances the scenic view. Great Room furnishings include Leather sofa and love seat. Decorations reflect 'Old World Nautical' theme. Cathedral ceilings and panoramic window views across back of house that overlooks lake. Whether just relaxing and watching large screen TV or reading a great book, the view is spectacular. Luxury Kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a gourmet meal or use gas grill located on 'Sun Deck'. Have Breakfast on Screened Porch or sit in Porch Swing and just enjoy the View. Family Room on lower level has TV and also beautiful view of lake. Patio Doors lead to Patio where you can also read or just enjoy the scenic view.
